Founded in 1978 to be the source for applied sensor technology...

C&E* Sales, Inc. made its humble beginnings with just three sales people and a commitment to provide our customers with the highest level of service possible.

Today, what began with three sales people has grown to over 90 employees serving Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Ohio. From our inception in 1978, to the present, C&E's growth and success has been rooted in the character of its employees and their dedication to upholding the same commitment we made over 30 years ago - service.

Initially, C&E's primary focus was on supplying non-contact sensing solutions for factory automation. In the 1980's we broadened our offering to encompass general controls, electronic safety components and motion control systems. Keeping in touch with the changes in industrial automation, C&E's general controls focus has expanded to include communication and device level bus products. We now represent over 30 major sensing, machine & motion control, safety, vision and communication technology product suppliers, each certified for quality. C&E Sales maintains close working partnerships with these manufacturers to ensure our customers receive consistent, high quality solutions to their automation challenges.

* The "C" and "E" in our name comes from our original founders, Charlie Cooper and Paul Earley.
